      This branch is excellent just not for Santander but in terms of banks in general. Stephanie Castaldi goes above and beyond for her members, I’m happy I got to work with her!

      This is by far the worst santander bank I've ever gone to. The manager Stephanie is extremely rude and could use some lessons in customer service, and should learn how to do her job. Never again will I ever be going to this location. If you are a new customer or a non customer, I would not recommend this location.

      I really enjoyed this location. I usually do my banking at the West Roxbury location but was local in Weymouth that day so I gave it a try. The associates were very friendly and helpful. I believe it was the manager even held the door open for me, which was beyond expected and very kind. Thank you for your wonderful service!
