      1 star is too many. DO NOT BANK WITH SANTANDER. I have NEVER had a more miserable experience banking. I am on the phone with them CONSTANTLY they don't get anything right, they charge me fees that they shouldn't be. Their app SUCKS and it utterly useless along with their website. they take way too long to process every transaction. I have never had a single problem with a bank until I came to Santander it has been an almost daily battle with them. their cards and chips break on me once a week and I cant access my money half the time because of it. every single thing a bank has to do; Santander FAILS at. GO TO BANK OF AMERICA OR ANYWHERE ELSE. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME.
