Horrible Management, ancient ATM machines, and now to top it off they lie to you what a bank I tell you , went to deposit money into my wife’s account today like I have been doing so for years here no problem, now I’m being told I have to be on the account to deposit money into someone account mind I have wife bank card and app on my phone cameras on my vehicle and there are cameras on the premises so nothing illegal or wrong is going on just a simple deposit but they’ve said they’ve told me this numerous times but also added that they started that policy today , so which one is it overall this bank is outdated only dealt with them because there where no other banks in the area now that Td bank and chase are there I and my employees and friends will be pulling from this account 10 yrs with this bank and they treat you like dirt.... Do yourself a favor for you and your family stay away from this bank there are no perks nor rewards they have no compassion for long nor new customers worst bank EVER......

Despite providing all documentation proving my Executorship of my Fathers Estate, Sandtander will not release funds or allow me to have access to my Fathers Account. I have provided all documentation required legally from the Surrogates Courts proving Executorship. If the account is not a Joint Account or if there is no POD listed on record at the bank I, as the Executor, am to assume all control over my Fathers Accounts. Any one who has loved ones that bank with Santander and they may be passing away I suggest you immediately pull funds from them or you will lose access to them and they will drag their feet to resolve these very important issues as funds continue to draft from the accounts despite being notified of the death of the account holder.
