  Today we came as 8 person in one family and opened a bank account for each . Nichole has done a fantastic job. She completed opening 8 new accounts in a couple of hours time. Very efficient and extraordinarily fast. We really appreciate her help and efficiency. Thank you very much.5 Star service.

  The worst place to do business with, I was driving by Enola when I remember that my ATM card wasn't working last time I tried it to pay for my grocery. Their only customer repr. there asked for my ID to proof who I'm, I gave him my card & my work ID, he said that my ID is expired & he can't look up my account with expired ID, I said here I'm in front of you with my driver ID & work ID both has a picture of me also my other bank cards, you can compere them including my social #, plus you don't need the expiration date since the ID # would be the same. I tried to tell him I only want to know why it got locked if it is. But he kept cutting me off saying he can't do nothing for me if my ID is expired, that he got other things to do, while the branch is always empty whenever I drive by..!!?. Than he stood up and rush me outside door saying he got lot of people faking been the owners of cards ... It was a waste of time to go there & not been able to reinstate my card, because of a rude representative, a guy who doesn't have no ethics . Note : I called Santander toll free # and found out my card wasn't locked or any , it must be the Karn's store that have problem with their reading machine
