      REVISED RATING: I had to lower it from 4 to 3, not because they stopped serving free coffee; everyone that was doing that stopped for the pandemic. I have since learned that they will not take a debit card payment at a branch—you have to use one of those check things! Seems like something that could be changed fairly easily and if it is I'll go back to 4. Go back to giving out coffee and we'll see about a 5! No one has written a review for this place yet? Well I guess it is kind of hard to evaluate a bank. We don't do business with Saratoga National regularly, I have a car loan from there I don't expect to have outstanding for very long. I was nearby and decided to make a payment directly at the bank. The teller provided fine service and the interior of the bank was pleasant enough. They do offer complimentary Keurig coffee, which is why I give them a 4 instead of a high 3. It's one of the few things a bank can do to really stand out.
