      Adam was great to work with. He was always there to answer the phone whenever I had a question. I did a refinance on an investment property with him and Olivia and then they helped me with our home purchase as well. I highly recommend!

      I am writing in regards to the review left by Jeffrey Fox because I was also involved in the transaction. The communication with Satori was completely inadequate. I have expectations that emails are replied to and questions answered. I have never experienced a loan officer not replying throughout the entire process. Nor have I ever had the loan processor ignore emails when it states "urgent that I receive an update." Finally, I have never had a closer state no one within their company informed them of the closing date. Ignoring emails should not be the way it is communicated to other parties that a closing needs to be pushed back.

      the buyers of my home are using this lender and it has been nothing but a disaster. the closing has been pushed back 3 times only due to no communication and poor scheduling. I really feel for the buyers and hope they get everything sent to a different lender. It may be a fluke but it has affected both sides of the sale where the buyers had no place to go due to the first missed closing so I let them move in early, people can not have no place to live!
