  Scott helped me close on my first home at 8% under offer, during covid, at a time when housing prices were incredibly high and stock was very limited. After a few hangups like late Fedex overnight shipments, a slow-to-respond seller across the country, and even the local courthouse server system being down for two weeks thanks to hackers, Scott pulled together everything we needed to reach settlement and booked one of the last closings before Christmas, allowing me to move in on the 24th and wake up in my own house on Christmas day. What a relief it was and it was all thanks to Scott, who was prepared and insightful from the first visit to the property, to making a very compelling offer (and beating out a higher offer thanks to our great terms, something only a very experienced realtor can do) to keeping vigilant contact with the courthouse while we waited for the deeds office and prothonotary office to come back online. I did not feel vulnerable at any point during the process, and Scott always answered the phone or email in very short time, and helped me get everything I needed for closing done right on time, really streamlining the process for someone who's never bought a house before. If you are looking to buy a house on the main line, whether a first time buyer or an experienced and discerning homeowner, look no further! Scott Laughlin is the right agent for you.

  This realtor is full of one word responses and does not go the extra mile for the buyer. I believe he prides himself in not disclosing information (ie a 5 story apartment building going up behind the home of purchase and contracting information about home being purchased). Be careful if you are buying a house from Scott Laughlin.
