      Compared to BofA...stellar. Because they are a Credit Union, they don't have all services, and annoying rules, but I have not had problems with charges, and the customer service is grand.

      Agents in the office at Hillcrest are A+ with their customer service, but the bank itself has confusing rules, and it continually charges various incidental fees that appear regularly or from time to time on your statements. BTW: Daughter has been waiting over 3 weeks for a new credit card after hers "fell apart."
