I don’t usually leave reviews but we had such a great experience with Sean McCoy I felt compelled! When we started the process we thought it would be done with no problems. The rates were at all time lows and it was perfect timing for us. Then we encountered very unexpected issues and Sean hung in there with us and never gave up on us while we worked through them! The pandemic really wrecked havoc on our timeline with what we had to accomplish, so our hands were tied. But we got it all done and Sean was right there with us when we were ready and able to close! The whole time letting us know what was going on with the rates and our specific “numbers”! Not only “would” I recommend Sean and his team, I “have” already recommended them and they are currently in process! If we decide to refinance again, we know who to call!

We just closed on a refinance with Sean and his team, and they were absolutely fantastic. Sean was responsive, courteous, knowledgeable, and honest, and the rate he got us was top notch. We've refinanced before with other people, and the process always left us with a bad taste in our mouths (errors, slow or no responses, last-minute scrambling to meet their deadlines), but Sean has restored our faith in the refi community.
