      This has been one of the best community banks I have had the pleasure to work with. I have worked with Mark Blankenship on many real estate loans. The entire staff has a personal and friendly feel not to mention the great rates and service.

      Not sure how this bank can have 4.7 stars. They are unresponsive. While in the middle of the loan process and needing answers to questions in order to advance the loan, I called three days is a row. Left messages for Chris Harthcock via voicemail twice and once through AA Kim. Still awaiting a call back 5 days later. Not sure I want MY Texas Heritage defined by their poor service. Look for another bank in Fredericksburg.
