      I went into the branch this past Saturday to discuss questions regarding my credit card APR after being directed by the SSFCU call center. I spent just under two hours with various reps (all kind, but not always helpful) the day before trying to get a few different issues sorted. In the end, I was directed here. Celia helped me and went above and beyond! Besides being a total sweetheart, she was extremely personable, professional, and understood my concerns/frustrations. Although she wasn't able to directly resolve my issue, she did take the initiative to circumvent further frustration and got the ball rolling with the correct department. She even made sure to provide me with direct names and phone numbers so that I could continue to follow up. SSFCU has been my bank since I was 18, and I've definitely had my ups and downs with them. My experience this Saturday with Celia is precisely why I continue to bank with SSFCU and trust that no matter what life throws my way, I have a team who will truly support me through it. To any management reading this, be sure to recognize your stars like Celia -- THEY are what make SSFCU stand out, and they deserve the best.
