  I have refinanced several times over the years with wonderful agents and companies. I decided to work with Dale this time and found him every bit as thorough and able as any I have worked with.   We would not have gotten our home if not for Dale. The home we bought was a short sale and there were many challenges that came up during the process of getting a loan to buy our home. Dale was there every step of the way. Going above and beyond to make sure our loan went through. Even though we were students just out of school with quite a bit of student loan debt, he worked hard on our behalf to push our loan through so we could have an affordable and nice place to live. He watched the interest rates for us and made sure that we got the best deal. He even helped us get a couple thousand dollars towards our closing costs! He was wonderful to work with and we always knew that he had our best interests in mind. Everything happened so fast and Dale had to be on his toes to get the correct paper work done. He was very professional and kept us well informed on what was going on. We were very grateful since we were first time home buyers. Thank you Dale! We love our home and appreciate all the hard work you did on our behalf.
