      Working with The Mortgage Place was a great experience from beginning to end. I had a 5 month closing at the request of the seller, so the process was very extended. Joanne at The Mortgage Place was able to quote me a 120 day lock at a great rate, so I could lock in before the rates started to rise. For five months, Joanne and Krista emailed me back with a clear answer to all my questions the same day, usually within 10 to 30 minutes of my asking. At the same time as being extremely helpful and responsive when I need them, The Mortgage Place was also not overbearing. I appreciate that The Mortgage Place was respectful with their sales process. Overall, the people I worked with at The Mortgage Place were experienced, knowledgeable, responsive and pleasant. And the process was extremely smooth and transparent. I 100% recommend that anyone-- including my friends, family and coworkers--work with The Mortgage Place.

I am a first time home buyer and Joanne was exceptionally good at answering questions over the phone and through email.
