      My firs time opening a bank account ever and everyone greeted me and felt welcome. Kyle helped me open my very first bank account smoothly, Liz Arroyo always there to help, James as attentive, and Miaox Miaox always made sure that i was satisfied with everything. Very thoughtful staff, old and new in this branch.

      Do not use BBT, they will mislead you into enrolling for services as a free customer benefit then charge you later without letting you know. I was just charged $50 for using Zelle. Where do they do that? I was told by Kyle it was a free service and then was charged. I never would have enrolled if it wasn’t free. There is no accountability at this branch and they ignore you instead of finding a resolution. I have never been treated so dismissively by a bank and I have 5 other bank accounts with other banks. Clearly I will be closing my account and taking my business elsewhere. I DO NOT MAKE REVIEWS OFTEN BUT I MUST TO SAVE OTHERS FROM THE MISLEADING BUSINESS PRACTICES. Best of luck to whomever reads this review. I should have read reviews before I started.
