      I was at the Eastgate Branch and they were dealing with a very difficult customer . He was very loud and they handled it very professionally and kind even though the customer did not deserve it . I love banking here .

      No wonder there are so many negative reviews. My first contact was with the teller named Christine. She was rude and had an attitude. Not a good first impression.
