Let me start by saying I had contemplated closing both my checking and savings account with this credit union. My reason for this is because I had not used it in over 6 months. I bank primarily with a different bank for my day today needs. However the other day I got a courtesy call from a lovely Member Experience Representative By the name of Amber Powell. She was extremely Polite and professional on the phone and we had a nice discussion about some questions I’d had and I decided that I would keep both of my accounts open and even drop by to this location to make a small deposit and to say hello. I did that very thing this morning and I am here to tell you, I was welcomed into this branch as if I were family! This branch was modern, clean and welcoming! I made my deposit and then realized It had been so long since I had logged onto my account I was having issues logging in. Amber was kind enough to direct me to her office and within a few minutes had me all set and ready to go again. Thank you Amber and to the other professionals there that took such good care of me. I will be back!
