  I tried to refinance my house with shell fcu. They called while i was at work, and when I tried calling them back, the agents were all busy. After 2 weeks of this, I had to tell the phone operator that I had called several times and hadn't been able to talk to anyone, so she took my email and I was contacted by a loan officer after a few days. After a few emails, the loan officer called me and sounded disappointed that I answered. She said that she wanted to call as she " was leaving the office" and was going to call me back 2 days later. That phone call never came. I informed the officer via email that due to her lack of interest I was going to have my loan serviced elsewhere. She didnt even have the decency to reply. They dont want my business so shell fcu can go straight to hell. It's a shame that they ran my credit, cuz it knocked my score down a few points. If they dont have the staff to attend to loans, they should not allow you to apply online. Maybe spend less on advertising and hire some decent staff.

  The worst bank I have ever been with. Do not get a auto loan with them. They charged me 2,000$ without notice even though I have full coverage. They are money hungry thief's. Please go elsewhere. They will not take it off even though I was insured. Terrible people, and terrible service. I rather let Mr.Krabs handle my money then this trash bank.
