      I have processed mortgages for five different homes and in my experience, Sherwood Mortgage Group, Rob Scheuing and his team was BY FAR the best experience I have ever had! There are a lot of options out there to finance, going via direct with a bank/lender or brokers that have direct partnerships with specific bank/lenders. Don't make the mistake of going down the wrong path, having to endure an entry level / journeymen point of contact reading from a script, with little-to-no mortgage/finance experience and limited on what options they can provide you based on their company's rules and regulations. Mortgages are not cut and dry and each client has unique circumstances/situations. Sherwood Mortgage will take the time to listen to all of your needs, check all of the boxes and put you in the best finance situation possible! Sherwood Mortgage also has at their arsenal a toolbox of partners (Real Estate Agents, Home Insurance Agents, etc.) that are second to none in business acumen, quality and service. Communication with Rob and his team was stellar from beginning to end, going above and beyond on numerous occasions to facilitate communications with all stakeholders in the home buying process.
