I recently conducted a financial transaction with SPFCU. The first and most important thing was that a human being picked up my very first phone call without any of the silly screening questions. That itself is priceless in today’s corporate lending environment. Missy Daniels was my very first and only contact. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She made me feel as though I were the only customer. She made the entire process easier than anywhere I’ve ever done business. I highly recommend using them and not only for the customer service because the other services they offer are wonderful even if you’re not using them all.
