      Everyone so kind. I had just lost my husband and sold our house after living there for about a year. I needed to cash/deposit the escrow check and your staff could not have been kinder, I moved back California about three months ago and they will help me close that account and transfer my balance to my credit Union here in CA.

      I use to love this bank, the people are nice too. Now everytime I try to call it gos to automatic system. No one answers, even with customer serve, nothing! How are you supposed to get ahold of someone. I've even left voicemails, no call backs. I've never in my life had so much trouble trying to pay a loan. The online banking is even horrible. I use to love you guys but that's when they had a personal relationship with their customers. Looking for a new bank now!!
