After our first lender failed stating, "I did everything I can possibly do and there is just no way possible to make this work" and with our contingency now expired we reached out to Jon and his team. They took the said "impossible" and within just 2 weeks of working with Simplifi, they got the job done. Jon, Betty, Janelle and Sheanna were FANTASTIC to work with. This team is amazing and really know their business. They made the process simple and easy being very attentive and responsive to all of our questions and needs.
