      My experience with TMC and Chris Hunter was very unprofessional. So I reached out to Barbara the owner and never got a returned email nor phone call. The fact that no one bothered to return my email, only goes to show they are all about the profits and not the clients. I would truly recommend NOT using TMC for any lending needs!

      Dear Mr. Schweigart, I regret that you felt the need to post a negative review of TMC Financing (TMC). You indicated that I did not reply to your email. However, I have taken the time necessary to research this. I assure you that your voice is heard and your issues promptly addressed with our teams. TMC is a nonprofit organization. To imply that our company puts profits before our borrowers and stakeholders is not only untrue, it is impossible. We've put our small business borrowers first, for over four decades, ahead of any other concern. With that said, we are deeply saddened by your experience and the service you received. After doing more research, it appears your funding was delayed initially because our closing department was waiting for information from your company, including a copy of the new business license and updated financial statements. The scheduled signing of loan closing documents was delayed so that the signed documents were not returned to us in time to meet the December submission deadline. It is distressing to me to hear that we have not provided the quality of service that I believe we have been known for throughout our 40-year history and you have my sincere apology.       Chris Hunter was invaluable to us in getting our loan paperwork done quickly and correctly. He cares about what he is doing unlike most of the others we dealt with, who appeared to be simply doing their job.
