I thought I would have some issues that would keep me from moving forward with refinancing, but Susan was able to find a way and connected me with the right resources and people to solve my concerns. I was informed every step of the way. From start to finish, she has provided me with excellent services, from speaking over the phone and communicating through email all the way to finally meeting her in person.   Anissa and I have been going through the motions of a few major milestones these past several months from starting a new leadership role, to having a baby, to experiencing loss in the family.
