      Every time I'm needed help I can call and they will help me. They are excellent about sending text back on responses. I have been with them since they've opened and I have used no other bank since. Thank you for being so good to me! I highly recommend them.

      If I could give zero stars I would. Dont trust what they say when they say they are gonna do a "soft credit run" and it will be off in a few days. There is no such thing. 3 months later and still yet to get a call back or even the guy take my call. Not to mention the slap in the face loan they wanted to give us. My fiance will be joining my bank. I highly recomend any other bank then this one.

      Love Siu credit union. They approve me for my auto loans with my credit (low credit score). The only place that will approve me. Kristin is the one I usually talk to when I am looking into trading my cars and upgrading. Shes very knowledgeable and helpful! Thank you for letting me drive around in nice cars SIU (:
