  I was hesitant to write a review because I wasn't completely satisfied with Michelle, who I worked with. She did get my mortgage approved fast once I submitted all my paperwork. I wasn't happy with the communication from her. We started the application for our mortgage early in the year but our closing wasn't till almost 2 months later. We had a low interest when we first started the application. Our file was sitting there till we needed the clear to close. Our rate wasn't locked in and we had to pay higher now. I felt like she did not advise me well and obviously wasnt updating her current clients about the rates. I've been told by many people that their lenders update them in the rates so they can determine a lock in rate. I wouldn't work with her again.

  Thank you for your review. After further research you requested we float your rate and not lock. Unfortunately rates did rise and when we suggested locking you chose not to do so. We apologize you are not happy with Michelle but we assure you we did what you requested. Thank you for working with us and we pride ourselves on our communication with our clients.
