  See edited post below - Difficult and confusing new policies at Sooper Credit Union - related to mobile deposits of payroll checks - create an unstable platform of security of funds. Never had a hold on a payroll check before resulting in negative balances. Everything is getting harder and harder to do these days. Used to be able to rely on my banking institution and their automated / online processes to make life easier. Not much the case anymore. Update - After receiving a call from the bank, first, I understand that they take these reviews seriously and made specific effort to address my concerns. Several steps were taken to correct the specific problem I called about. Further discussion addressed my concerns with some of the policies at the bank in general. Steps were taken to allay my fears that my finances may have been in jeopardy. Finally, I was informed that measures may be put in place in the future to eliminate any recurrence of the issues we discussed. Sooper Credit Union has been a valuable and trusted partner for 21 years and will continue to be considering the manner in which they handled this issue.

  Sooper Credit Union goes above and beyond when you need a loan. Very one on one. On top of things that need to get done. Will help you to figure out new challenges. Especially Jeremy. Ask for him. He will get you into the vehicle you want! This is the truck he helped me get! Thank you Sooper Credit Union, and thank you Jeremy!
