      I use SCU in Redmond and they have great customer service all the way to the on site dog treats for my pup. Everyone there is super friendly. And its great they love my dog as well. as know me

      Not an issue with this specific branch but Google doesn't allow you to write general reviews for a business as a whole. Phone service is beyond terrible. I waited over an hour without a response. Gave up on even trying to call. Worse than Delta Airlines and that's saying something

      Changed locations in Redmond and discontinued Saturday hours and almost all face to face customer service. I've been with them since Seattle Telco almost 20 years. It's a shadow of what it used to be, time to shop around again.
