Worst bank EVER. I would NOT recommend them to a dog!!! Horrible!!! nothing about this bank is convenient. Theres only one location in Norfolk no other place, not Hampton, Newport News, Richmond no where next place is NC. If they tell you, you have overdraft protection, its lies. If you use online mobile deposits, expect some type of issue, except them to hold your money. HORRIBLE BANK
