      Great location, staffs are great. Taking off 1 star for the hefty HOA fees No pool, no gym, not gated, no community hall.

      Really nice staff. Very welcoming. The prices of the house are very competitive. The community doesn't have a pool or Gym. It is a gated community and has couple of parks withing the community for kids to play. The 60 feet sites are great but also are for a premium. Depending on what plan you choose to build there could be very small backyard space. The builder provides $10,000 in deco which will satisfy most of the customers, there are lot of great quality products that are standard. It is very close to freeway 121 so that is great.
