      We transitioned from a big corporate bank to SouthStar. It was refreshing to have staff so apologetic in fear that their opening of our accounts was taking too long. Then to have the branch manager literally sit on the floor beside us as we tended to littles amidst paperwork. And let's not forget the monthly breakfast to support our local heros. It's one thing to desire to support local, it's another to literally be treated like family. Thank you Randi and Kathryn for the experience you and your team gave and continue to give!
