  We had a closing in February at this particular location and the customer service was horrible. I had the VP from another location who was absolutely amazing come with us to close our loan. They did not even give him an office for privacy for the closing. Today, we had an appointment to sign some more paperwork sent by the same VP of another location. I understand the pandemic and security measures, however we were told we had an appointment at 2:30pm in the lobby to sign the paperwork. We arrive there is a sign on the door saying the lobby is open by appointment only. They motion us to come through the teller. I expected they would know we would be coming because of prior communication. No one came to the door so I decided to drive through to let them know. I get there and I told them we have an appointment at 2:30 they immediately find the paperwork and slip the paperwork through the drive through. I was silent due to the terrible customer service offered. The lady asked me was I ok. I decided to remain silent because what I was going to say was not very nice. i simply asked her to send over the paperwork. I give people the benefit of the doubt but this location's customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Needless to say we will be closing this account within the next 3 months!!!!!

  Sat in the lobby for over 10 minutes. Multiple people walked by me and didn't even acknowledge I was there.
