      If you're looking for a mortgage, this is not the bank to go to. What bank in 2018 does not allow you to make a mortgage payment online, and only accepts payments at their locations or through snail mail? You can't even call to make a payment over the phone. Seems like something small, but when you live in a time when hardly anyone writes checks, it's a big inconvenience. They're definitely in the dark ages as far as technology.

      I wanted to share my wonderful experience at this bank , as soon as I walked in the door Lidia Von Randow greeted me with a big smile. I wanted to open a checkings account and set up direct deposit . Very nice , friendly and efficient Lidia got my account open in minutes . I do have a few accounts but after this experience this is going to be my primary account . Having a positive and knowledgeable staff makes a huge impact on new and current customer . Friendliest Bank I've been in , thank you .
