They are very very slow. 2 of the tellers at the counter did nothing but stay on their phones. While the drive thru teller proceeded to ask me if I have an account to cash my companies South State Paycheck . Well I said no but it's your issued checks for my boss' company account . She says it will be an$ 8.00 charge to cash it . Im like really ? The check cashing place I've used when necessary wouldn't have charged me that much! To be slow as hell and charge so much to cash one of your company account holders check , is absolutely ridiculous! I won't be back again !

A-minus racing with the Better Business Bureau as of the time of this post, please check for yourself. Due to the fact that the branch manager years ago has been very rude and refused to discuss issue. I had to resolve multiple issues by filing my complaints with the SC Banking Commissioner. That SCBC has been able to resolve the issues in my favor. I cannot recommend doing business with this bank. Customer beware! In all fairness all of the other staff at this bank has treated my very well with respect in spite of the poor treatment by the branch manager.
