      Absolutely worst company I've ever had to deal with. This place has the most unprofessional staff I've ever worked with, whether it was through calls or emails. The manager, Lois, used TWO different emails to talk to the lender and told us she was waiting on paperwork she already had in the email she wasn't checking. All of this ended up causing a delay in getting our title which pushed out our closing date. Would never recommend this place, even if it was the last option ever!

      Extremely unprofessional and can’t get the work done in time. When called to speak with Lois, because Southwest Abstract was the reason my closing date was pushed back, she was rude the entire time. She answered the phone with just “yea” and was very short and breathy as if I was bothering her after not getting any updates for the delay in closing. In the email screenshots below the same behavior is displayed saying she’ll “get to it.” Refused to answer any questions as to when she could get it done after having multiple days. Would not recommend Southwest Abstract when they have “managers” like Lois Everett and end up being the only reason you can’t close on time.
