The staff is very friendly and the service has been a lifesaver during these trying times. Just a warning payday loans are an emergency way to go, but if you have an emergency this is a good place to go. Love the staff!!

Made a agreement for payments. I missed 1 payment due to getting Corona and getting laid off but I emailed them and came to a agreement with them that I was going to continue making payments on March 7th. And they agreed of 88$ per month and i have the email stating this from them. Woke up this morning on the 3rd and saw that they charged my account 437$ for the full amount. So they blatantly lied to me. If they weren't ok with doing the payments, why email me saying they were ok with that? And then charge the full amount! Now my rent, food for my kids, gas etc is all in jeopardy this week. I get that I missed a payment, but I made sure to contact them and let them know I had the virus and was sick so it was a tough month but I wanted to let them know I was going to continue making payments. This is what I get for trying to be a honest customer. I never changed my debit or account # to avoid them. Future customers. Change your debit card and account numbers if you get a loan with them and pay them directly somehow. You cannot trust that they will do right by you.

Called to ask a simple question and was awnaered by Doug to hello this is Doug can I put you on hold before I could awnser and then sat on hold for over 10 minutes and hung up thinking maybe he forgot but called a second time and something. So I would not recommend calling them for any reason.
