      I'm looking for a new Credit Union. I tried to book an appointment to set things up. They have no times available for people who have normal jobs. The "response from the owner" demonstrates the problem. Many of your customers are working during your "convenient for you" weekday hours, and there seems to be no Saturday appointment times available this century.
