      This bank has the worst customer service I have even seen. They hate to see a customer that need help. They are very rude. The way they talk to you makes you to get out of that place. This place has very serious customer service problem.

      I really absolutely hate us bank! They dont help you even when you really need it i have been banking with them since 2010. I had a problem that has not been resolved at all. I get a letter after 12 years of being with them and having the same account saying they are going to close my savings account for inactivity now in the 12 years ive done business with us bank they have never sent me a letter stating i had to have money in my account in order to keep it open. For 12 years i dont think ive had much in that account this just goes to show they just want you for your money thats it.
