      One star is too much for this awful bank. They used to be cool. Technically, they're not THAT bad as a credit union, but I highly suggest going elsewhere. 5 years ago this bank would have been a solid choice. Now, they have about half the hours they used to. Also, half the service. These clowns can't even cancel a recurring payment for me. Awful. The stale coffee doesn't make up for it anymore. These absolute wimps can't even handle a little snow, so they shut down in a blizzard. The St. Mary's I know wouldn't do that. Let alone how they increased the overdraft fees, or refuse to even open the stupid lobby. They're treating this change for the worse as change that is inevitable. I say we don't need their system. This bank has actually made me wonder if I need a bank account. They are this bad. You used to be cool. What happened?
