  As a Realtor and a client, I think we can be some of the toughest clients. Our expectations are high and we know what the experience is our clients should have. Stacey Oldaker was one of the very first lenders I met in Brevard even before getting my license. She is one of few Brevard Lenders that I trust to hand over my precious clients to. And she personally handled my loan when we purchased in 2019. She has a heart for her clients to ensure that there are no questions left unanswered and that we get to the closing table on time! One of my favorite things about working with Stacey is that she not only has clear communication throughout the process. She has a strong industry knowledge of more than 30 years to back up the information she provides. Stacey knows that not every loan is smooth from start to finish, some have hiccups (not her fault) but she is there with the client through the emotions of buying a home. She is the calm in many buyer's emotional roller coaster. She also attends every closing! This is a huge milestone for buyers and to have the team of professionals with them that helped to make it happen only makes the experience that much sweeter! I am so thankful she takes the time to be with clients from start to finish! Thank you Stacey Oldaker for being a leader in the lending world in Brevard County!
