      Pat the bank manager is about as helpful as a box of rocks when it comes to customer service. One of his associates Misty Harrah decided to open my loan 5 years ago with him. She guarenteed my PMI would be 5 years and made it very shady forcing the bank to get extra money. I was forced to take this as the only option to buy my house. Once I came in 5 years later to deal with the manager Chris said he would take care of it. He calls me the next day and said everything was fine it would be off next billing cycle. He then called me back 2 hours later to tell me its not good and we have to send a letter in stating I met my criteria, which I have and they would remove it. I went in again in person with my contract to send in the letter. He called the next day and said the letter showing I met the criteria did not count. I have to refinance my house and SPEND MORE to get it removed, or call and get an appraisal. He gave me the fax number to send it to him and got off the phone. He then called back again two hours later to tell me again that it had to be his appraisal with whatever company he chose and I have to go in to make that happen. I am turning this in to the BBB to hopefully talk to someone in corporate about how convoluted this endeavor has been.
