      I went in a couple of weeks ago to cash an insurance check. I did not have a problem cashing the check that was a little over $2,000. The second time I went to cash another check, the teller, Natalie Pearson, stated that they needed to put a hold on the check. The teller beside her, Jara Jones, said that they put a hold on checks that are over $500. This is a lie because I did not have a problem cashing the first check for around the same amount. Natalie could not give me a clear answer about the reason for holding the check. I called later and spoke to a manager. The money was released. This seemed to be RACIALLY motivated. I do not appreciate being treated like a criminal when I visit this bank frequently, until this happened. I am moving my money to another bank.
