  Unfortunately my review is not as pleasant as the ones posted before me. Today, I went to this bank location to dispute transactions on my account. I was signed in and instructed to have a seat. At the time, there was one person in front of me, then 2 other people came to sit down after I sat came in. Several minutes after I sit down, the gentleman before me was called. I assume the bank consultant (T. Braswell) who called him knew him personally (going off their familiar exchange). Anyway, he and the bank rep were loud in their conversation. I could hear them catching up, and talking about church/family matters from the other side of the rep's office. She and the man conversed for 30 minutes while myself and 2 other ladies waited...and waited....and waited some more. One of the other ladies ended up leaving. Meanwhile, 4 bank reps walk by us as we're waiting. Only 1 acknowledged us with a "Good afternoon". The other 3 looked at us, looked away, and continued walking by without acknowledging us or asking if we had been served or anything. After 30+ min the bank rep and man come out her office, exchange good byes and the rep comes out to the main desk. I assume she is looking at the list to getting ready to call my name since I'm next. She looks at me, then proceeds to walk back in her office and sit down. A few minutes later, she walks out with her cell phone as if she is getting ready to make a call, then walks back in her office. She does not have a person in her office at this time. Please keep in mind that myself and another lady, at this point have been waiting 30 minutes to even be acknowledged. I finally got up and requested my name be taken off the list and left...... I've been with SECU for 14 years, and most of my experiences with them have been sub par (both over the phone and in person at different locations). After today's experience, I've decided enough is enough; and that I'm going to close my accounts and find another bank.
