      Everyone was nice, friendly, helpful. Everyone was so polite, it seems like a great place to work. Every time I've gone in there it's always been the same.

      Disappointed. I’ve been through the drive thru atm 4 times now and every time has been a fail. The atm is not taking/accepting cash deposits…if it’s broken fix it. Put a sign up if it’s broken.

      literally the worst banking experience i’ve ever had. i can’t review the phone line so here we are. hidden fees and rejecting checks that they already cashed and then taking money from my account. made my account negative after they approved my check and then took all that money away. I don’t get paid for a week and this made it so i can’t even earn money for my family through doordash. when i called and spoke to someone about this she was so rude. l be switching banks. watch out stcu may try to rob you next.
