  Stephan does a great job and walks you through the process in getting a home loan. He will continue to give you the reminders for the little things as well such as homestead exemption due date…I will use Stephan again.

  It's difficult to describe how much Stephen helped me and my family on this home purchase. Long story, but our purchase was for a multi-generational situation potentially benefitting two families and multiple members. I have purchased a home years ago while employed with W-2 income, so I was not completely unfamiliar with the home purchase process. However, being self-employed now presented multiple challenges when applying for a home loan and the lender simultaneously has their own internal challenges with multiple newer banking regulations. This combination of documentation requirements presented innumerable potential obstacles that a layperson could never anticipate. If requested documentation is then presented in the wrong manner, that can then result in new unanticipated hurdles culminating in unbelievable stresses. Stephen was absolutely incredible in helping guide us through the process so that we were able to present the proper documentation in the proper manner for underwriter review. He was easy to talk to in order to make sure I understood the process and how best to proceed when there were specific documentation hurdles to cross. He was a calming influence at certain points when I wasn’t sure if the entire process would ever conclude positively. His extensive background in the building industry was also helpful with his keen eye for construction quality and property pitfalls as well as specific considerations for different types of construction. We were quite concerned going into this endeavor that we would be able to connect with someone that would guide us successfully to loan closure like he ultimately did. We would give him the highest recommendation possible…. and we are forever grateful.
