  My wife and I used Success Mortgage Partners when we purchased our home. Jason Sprague was amazing and very attentive to details. He answered my after hour calls about homes my wife and I had found. I am very thankful for all his hard work!

  I will never recommend Jason, or the company he works for, to anyone in my life. I have never, in my entire life, been so disrespected by an individual. My husband and I were referred to Jason from our amazing real estate agent. We started working with him around maybe four months ago. At first, he seemed like a knowledgeable and professional individual who wanted to take us on as clients. However after the first phone conversation took place, he honestly didn't seem interested in helping us. It felt like we were a burden to him instead of a client. It was relatively easy to get a hold of him, (if you call him,) but it was extremely hard to stay in contact with him. My husband sent him numerous text messages that he never answered. After the initial phone conversation, Jason gave us a list of items to gather around for him and he gave us some "tips" on how to raise both of our credit scores. It only took a few days for my husband and I to gather everything we needed and send it to Jason. A lot of the "tips" he suggested to us didn't work, (i.e. Consumers Energy will not report your payments to the Credit Bureau because they don't do that.) Jason never updated us on anything that was happening nor did he update us about the process we were going through. He only called us first on maybe two occasions. If we wanted to know what was going on with anything, we either had to call him or call our wonderful realtor. Every time we called him ourselves, Jason was not friendly and was very short with us. Today, we called him for an update on our loan because we were planning on scheduling times to go look at houses tomorrow with our realtor. Jason had mentioned to our realtor that he would know about our loan today. Instead of finding out about our loan, Jason was extremely short with my husband on the phone. Jason told him that there was nothing he could do for us, even though we did everything he asked us to, and that we shouldn't have waited so long to do the things we needed to do, (i.e. raising our credit, which takes time.) My husband and I are trying to move out of our apartment complex by a specific deadline during a global pandemic. Jason made us feel guilty for "taking our time" to raise our credit like he asked us to and in the end, we feel like we wasted our precious time with him and his services. He really doesn't seem to care about his clients and he doesn't seem to have their best interests at heart.

  We were referred to Jason by our realtor. I called him and he was prompt to answer the call and seem knowledgeable. He did reach out through email and provided me information on how to get stated. I felt this was going to be great experience. I sent a communication back and never heard from him. My realtor reached back out to him for help and he called me right away. We started the process. When I tried to get updates, it was like pulling teeth. Could not get them. Once again, the communication stopped. When I did reach Jason, he was rude and short. Made me feel like it was a big inconvenience. He should have said he did not want to take us on us a client. Finally, when we heard back the verdict of our mortgage once again rude and short. I know he was trying to help us out but, people like communication and someone that is not short or rude. Others may have their opinion but this is how my experience went with him.
