Been a while seeing some reviews so I'll give an update. Been to this location twice to make a loan payment. Seems like a easy request but unfortunately it wasn't the case. Granted, the people who helped me both times were new so service was a bit slower which I expected (also they seemed short staffed). I will say though that I thought during my second visit it was a bit unprofessional for the rep who helped me tell me to go to an ATM to use cash instead of card hinting it was more difficult to use a card for payment? (DIdn't make much sense to me). I hope my online account with Summit will be up and running because I don't think I really want to come to this location in person again based on these two experiences.
