  Tonya was more than perfect. She made sure that all the boxes were checked out before any paperwork was done. Once we reached a agreement she made in detail how everything works and even if I wanted to think about it for a day or two. Thank you Tonya for assisting me 5+ stars.   Been a member for over ten years! Went into the branch for a new debit card due to suspicious activity on my current debit card the lady tells me that because my identification is expired they can not help me. Mind you ita only one local branch in Winston Salem and I go all the time they know me and my face! I presented the old debit card along with other supporting info on my self. She went to the manager who actually opened my account years ago and she said there was nothing they could do! They could mail me one! Like what's the difference from mailing me one and printing me one in the office! I proceeded to close all my accounts with them and have no plans on returning to this credit union! NO ONE AND I MEAN NO ONE IS GOING TO CONTROL MY MONEY THAT I WORK FOR LIKE THAT! Moral is get outta here If u can! ..... side note they allowed me to close the account with the expired identification and no questions to verify who I was! They couldn't print me a new debit card but allowed me to close my accounts and handed me thousands of dollars with the expires ID! Make it make sense! Update!!!!! Spoke with the manager of the call center and still no results! How can you close an account and receive thousands of dollars with an expired ID but not receive a debit card! You've been warned this place is horrible I'm glad I closed the account . Please tread lightly with this establishment! I wouldn't let them hold my dogs collar!
