      Never work with Sunbelt Title again. The worst title company. They never follow up with agents, I always have customers complained about them, other agents complained that they not updated with agents, instead, called customer directly. They made your transaction became difficult, and stressful. I never experienced that with other title companies. I used them because recommended by Coldwell Banker, I trust Coldwell Banker bc they’re in the business for awhile, but unfortunately, after all of this stressful that I deal with, I left Coldwell Banker Winter Park.

      Horrible experience. Never again!! Use another title agency unless you want to wait over a week to be paid your proceeds. It’s now been 6 days of waiting. Yesterday I was promised the wire transfer would hit my account by close of business. Called my bank today and there isn’t even a wire pending.
