      Always kind and helpful to me. Not a single employee has ever treated me rudely or disrespectfully. They are time efficient and are knowledgeable in their perspective areas. I really like this bank.

      I tried really hard to give this bank a good review....everytime I've gone through the drive thru, the tellers are short. Almost like they have better things to do than assist customers. Which Is disappointing because I had high hopes for this small town bank. We will most likely be closing our account and going to the Wells Fargo in Denver city, TX. because at least the tellers are helpful, willing to answer questions, and don't rush you out the door like they don't care. Also, they need to educate thier tellers more....too many times I have questions and get an "I don't know" and not even willing to ask or find out an answer.

      Customer service isn't important. Too many visits with rude tellers and not helpful at all. I'd rather bank somewhere else.
