      WORST BANK IN BAY CITY, 4/30/2022 : BANK HAS SYSTEM FAILURE , CANNOT CHECK BALANCES NO WITHDRAW ANYTHING OVER 100.00, WILL NOT GIVE OUT ANY DOCUMENTATION STATING THEY HAD SYSTEM FAILURE. this is not the only issue, who ever is in the early am M- F within the loan department (woman) chews food while she is on the phone , the one with the pale complexion . and another one" this bank has random trainings, and CLOSES on those days with only "clip art style letters" put a message on your website. This bank is pure example of what happens when rich people buy a small bank , they staff it poorly and leadership stinks. I cannot wait till my loans are paid off here, screw this place. and my payments are 100 percent on time

      Tellers start around $10 an hour. Stressful environment with customers who treat the staff terribly. Nonstop stress. For all of you complaining about service, the staff members who deal with your money directly make less hourly than starting wage at a fast food restaurant. Berated and insulted by members regularly. Overworked and severely underpaid.
